If you don't want to register on-line you can print out a hard copy and mail the form in with your check. When you register on-line you can also mail in your check at a later date or you can pay by credit card at our club store page. After you submit your on-line registration form you will be taken directly to the club store page.

Parent Consent Form
Your child will be insured for supplemental medical coverage under the United States Youth Soccer Association. Participation in sports, including youth soccer, has inherent risk of injury. By submission of this registration you hereby release the Kenton Soccer Association and Just For Kicks Soccer Camp, it’s officers, board, coaches and employees, from any liability in the event your child is injured during participation in any of our programs.
